The sales and marketing manager defines and implements the hotel’s commercial and marketing policy. They develop the action plan to achieve sales targets, supervise the sales team, coordinate communication campaigns, and analyse performance to adjust the strategy.   • Define the commercial and marketing strategy in line with general management
