Job tasks

  • Prepare the venue : set up tables, tablecloths, crockery, buffets, and decorations according to the event plan
  • Welcome guests, guide them, and respond to their specific needs
  • Serve dishes and drinks according to service rules (plated, family-style, or buffet)
  • Ensure the smooth running of service, anticipate needs, and remain attentive to requests
  • Clear tables, maintain cleanliness and order during and after the event
  • Work in coordination with the kitchen, banqueting manager, and other team members
  • Comply with hygiene, safety standards, and internal procedures
  • Participate in managing equipment stocks and restoring the premises after the event
