Job tasks

  • Plan, organise, and coordinate all aspects of events (banquets, seminars, cocktail receptions, weddings, conferences)
  • Manage bookings, room logistics, equipment installation, and coordination with service providers
  • Develop menus in collaboration with the kitchen, tailor offerings to client needs, and ensure creativity in proposals
  • Supervise, recruit, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams, including temporary staff
  • Manage budgets, control costs, negotiate with suppliers, and optimise the profitability of operations
  • Ensure detailed billing and qualitative and quantitative reporting of events
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their expectations, and guarantee their satisfaction before, during, and after the event
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards, and the conformity of services
  • Resolve unforeseen issues and proactively manage problems during events
