Job tasks

  • Prepare and set up the bar according to the event’s requirements (set-up, glassware, decoration)
  • Welcome guests, take orders, and advise on drink choices
  • Create and serve classic cocktails or original creations, quickly and accurately
  • Manage the supply, storage, and inventory of drinks and equipment
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and equipment, ensuring cleaning and washing-up at the end of service
  • Handle payments if necessary and close the till
  • Create a friendly and festive atmosphere suited to the event, in collaboration with the event team
  • Comply with hygiene, safety standards, and the commercial policy of the establishment
  • Identify and manage risky behaviour related to alcohol consumption
  • Inform clients about the activities of the establishment or the event
