The head receptionist (or front office manager) ensures the smooth running of the reception and guest services, from guest arrival to departure. They are responsible for guest satisfaction, handle complaints, supervise the team, and optimise the establishment’s occupancy. They also act as the main point of contact between management, guests, and other hotel departments.
