Main role
An Human Resources Manager is responsible for the professional life of employees from the moment they join the company until they leave. They provide the management team with a human resources policy that covers recruitment, career management, remuneration and working conditions. They manage it and implement it within the company. They are also responsible for personnel administration, including payroll, labour law and training. Furthermore, they coordinate labour relations, and support managers in their tasks.

Job tasks
- Define and implement HR policy in line with the company’s overall strategy
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management (mobility, progression, training, strategic workforce planning, etc.)
- Negotiate with social partners on employment, remuneration, training, gender equality, and working conditions
- Support managers with organisation, skills development, motivation, conflict management, and disciplinary procedures
- Supervise personnel administration: payroll, contracts, absence management, regulatory compliance
- Implement schemes for quality of working life (QWL), prevention of psychosocial risks, and diversity/inclusion
- Ensure HR reporting and monitor legal and social developments
- Represent the company to external bodies (labour inspectorate, social organisations, etc.)
